Skills

I have experience bumping in and operating both static and moving lights. I am familiar with many 2 preset fader desks, the HOG line of consoles, and the GrandMA line of consoles as well as basic MA networking. I have completed two lighting training courses at Julius Media as well as two GrandMA training days at Show Technology. I am also familiar with smaller scale audio equipment both setup and operating. Through my experience I feel I am a capable designer for small to medium sized events.

Experience

I have worked several freelance jobs from conception and design throught o bumping in and operation in lighting from concerts, to dinners, school productions and confrences for crowds as large as 400. In these jobs I designed my own rig, organised all equipment and set up, and manged a designated crew of up to 5 people. I have done and continue to do casual work for Lotts of Watts, Cairellie Showcraft, Coastal Lighting, and Concept Entertainment Group. I also did work experience in the Domain on the Sydney Festival concerts for 6 weeks in the summer of 2006/2007.

I am an eager hard worker never stearing away from long or irregular hours. While I admit there may be some gaps in some of my knowledge and skills, I am a fast learner always eager and trying to increase my skills. I would greatly appreciate any oportunity to work for you.
